Tier credits are one-time rewards earned when you first reach each tier. Ambassador Boxes are sent as needed for individual launches and are not guaranteed based on tier status!

SALES REWARDS & SALE MILESTONES

Every sale made with your ambassador code gets you closer to even more rewards! In addition to earning 100 points per qualifying order, you'll unlock Rooted Southern credit + bonus points as you hit sales milestones:

MAKE A ROOTED SOUTHERN PURCHASE – 75 PTS

Must be purchased under YOUR NAME

ORIGINAL FEED POST/CAROUSEL — 50 PTS

Post an original feed photo or carousel featuring Rooted Southern.

Rooted Southern must be tagged/credited
Product must be clearly featured
Content must remain posted for at least 30 days

ORIGINAL REEL/TIKTOK — 100 PTS

Create an original Reel or TikTok featuring Rooted Southern.

Must meaningfully feature or promote Rooted Southern
Rooted Southern must be tagged/mentioned when possible

QUALIFYING CODE SALE — 100 PTS

Earn 100 points for every qualifying customer order placed using your ambassador code!

Canceled or refunded orders do not qualify and associated points may be removed
Normal product exchanges will not affect your points
Ambassadors may not use their public 10% code on their own purchases to earn sales points, as personal purchases already earn points.

SALES MILESTONES — +150–1,000 PTS

STANDARD FLARE CHALLENGES — 25–100 PTS

Complete challenges posted within Flare. Requirements & point values will be included with each challenge.

FEATURED/SPECIAL CHALLENGES — 100–250 PTS

Higher-point opportunities may be offered around new collections, launches, holidays, special campaigns & more!

CONTENT QUALITY

We want the content you share to show off your Rooted Southern pieces in the best way!

To qualify for original content points, photos and videos must:

Have good, clear lighting
Clearly show the Rooted Southern product
Be clear, in-focus & good quality
Be appropriate for Rooted Southern to potentially repost or use for marketing
Avoid excessive filters or editing that significantly changes the appearance/color of the product
Meet any additional requirements included with a specific Flare challenge

Dark, blurry, unclear, low-quality or otherwise unusable content may not qualify for original content points. Rooted Southern reserves the right to determine whether submitted content meets the requirements for points!

TIP: If your qualifying original content also includes your personal 10% code + an encouragement to shop, you can earn points for BOTH! For example, a qualifying original Story (25 pts) + your daily code share (10 pts) = 35 points!

GOOD TO KNOW

Your points never reset! Keep earning & growing for as long as you're part of our ambassador program.
Tier credits are earned one time when you first reach each tier.
Sales milestone rewards are cumulative and earned once per milestone.
Rooted Southern credit can be combined with your personal 20% ambassador discount.
Basic code-sharing points are capped at 1,000 total points, but all other qualifying point opportunities continue!
Points associated with canceled or refunded orders may be removed. Normal exchanges do not affect your points.
Point values, rewards, challenges, tier requirements & program perks may occasionally change as our community grows. Any updates will be shared through Flare!

A FEW GUIDELINES

We want this program to be fun, welcoming & easy to be part of! We just ask that you:

Keep a positive, respectful & appropriate public social media presence.
Represent Rooted Southern and our products honestly.
Be kind to customers, other ambassadors & members of our community.
Don't share your private 20% ambassador discount.
Don't use your private discount to purchase items for others, unless it is a gift!
Don't submit your ambassador code to coupon-sharing websites.
Don't spam your code in unrelated comments, groups or DMs.
Don't manipulate purchases, referrals, content submissions or other activities to earn extra points.
Avoid associating Rooted Southern with hateful, discriminatory, explicit, offensive or highly divisive content.
Remember that being an ambassador doesn't make you an employee or official spokesperson for Rooted Southern.

Rooted Southern may remove ambassadors or deactivate codes in cases of discount/code misuse, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, extended inactivity, or behavior that could negatively represent our brand.

AMBASSADOR BOXES

For some drops, we may choose to send Ambassador Boxes when we'd like a little extra help promoting a new collection!

In Bloom ambassadors receive priority consideration.
Thriving ambassadors receive first priority!

Boxes are not guaranteed, even after reaching these tiers. Recipients may vary by collection depending on the products we're promoting, our promotional needs for that launch, ambassador activity & other relevant factors.

If you're offered an Ambassador Box, we'll let you know what we'd love from you in return, such as Stories, a feed post, Reel/TikTok or other launch promotion, before you accept it.

By accepting an Ambassador Box, you'll be agreeing to complete the promotional expectations provided for that particular box within the requested timeframe. Not completing agreed-upon Ambassador Box requirements may affect eligibility for future boxes.
