Shipping policy
At Rooted Southern, each order is packed with care and shipped out with love. Because we are a small business, please note the following shipping guidelines:
Processing Time

Orders are processed and dropped off at the post office weekly. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Orders placed after Thursday evening will be included in the following week's shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All packages are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise noted).

Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS processing, but typically take 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delays

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather events. Rooted Southern is not responsible for delays once packages are with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked “delivered” by USPS, Rooted Southern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please file a claim with USPS.

We are happy to help provide information for your claim but cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rooted Southern is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
