Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully check each item before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rootedsouthern@gmail.com with photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
