  • We accept payment through Shopify’s supported payment methods.

  • Rooted Southern reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Rooted Southern is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Shipping times are estimates only; delays may occur that are outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on Rooted Southern’s website and social media platforms are the property of Rooted Southern. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.
