Orders & Products
What sizes do your shirts/crewnecks run in? Our apparel is unisex and true to size unless otherwise noted. If you like a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up! Our tees currently come in sizes S–L and crewnecks in S–XL, though sizing may vary by drop. As Rooted Southern grows, we hope to expand our size range to include more options.
Do you take custom orders? Most of our time goes into creating curated collections, so we don’t typically take customs. Occasionally, we may be able to create a special piece—feel free to DM us on Instagram for inquiries!
Are items restocked? We love keeping things fresh, so most designs are limited and won’t be restocked. Occasionally, if there’s a ton of interest in a piece, we may bring it back—but our main focus will always be creating new designs.
How do I care for my apparel? Wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low (or hang dry for best results). Avoid ironing directly over designs.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’d love to expand in the future, so stay tuned!
How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way!
How much is shipping? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We do our best to keep shipping affordable for all orders.
Will I get tracking information? Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because of the handmade, one-of-a-kind, and often delicate nature of our items, all sales are final.
Do you accept exchanges? We aren’t able to offer exchanges. Each launch is limited, so we can’t guarantee the same item will be available in a different size.
What if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at rootedsouthern@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
